Sunlight through the tall windows of an empty classroom

Preschool to postgraduation

The school system that follows the child.

Admissions to alumni, in one place. Edustians runs your institution — and gives every parent one account across every school their children attend.

Your school keeps its own name, its own colours and its own app. Powered by Edustians.

One thread, from the first day of nursery to the last day of a master's.

The same record follows the learner. What it means — and who is holding it — changes at every stage.

  1. Young children at an activity table

    Preschool

    Age 3–5

Attendance, a photograph and a nap-time note — reaching a working parent before their lunch break.

  2. Two pupils working at a desk

    Primary

    Class 1–5

Homework, reading practice, and a first report card a parent can actually read.

  3. Pupils in school uniform

    Middle

    Class 6–8

The topic quietly not understood — found by practice in August, not by the examination in March.

  4. Secondary pupils in a classroom

    Secondary

    Class 9–12

Board-pattern marks, checked by a second teacher before a single parent sees them.

  5. Older students in a seminar room

    College & PG

    UG and PG

Credits, attendance percentages, hostel and fees — the same spine, grown up.

Instead of a wall of logos

Four things we can show you today.

We are new, and we will not put numbers on this page that we have not earned. These four you can check for yourself in a demonstration.

  • Your data never leaves India

Hosted in Mumbai. Every institution's records are separated inside the database itself — not by a line of application code somebody could forget to write.

  • Built for the DPDP Act 2023

Parental consent, withdrawal and erasure are working features, including the stricter rules that apply to a child's data.

  • UDISE+ without the fortnight

Your return is generated from the records you already keep, and every figure can be opened up to show the rows it came from.

  • Readable by everyone

Measured against WCAG 2.2 AA across every screen on every release — because a grandparent at the school gate uses this too.

A parent with a child

The thing nobody else does

Three children. Three schools. One password.

Every school system in India assumes the school owns the parent. So a mother with children in three schools carries three apps, three passwords and three sets of reminders — and none of them can tell her what her Tuesday looks like.

Edustians is built the other way round. The parent has one account. Each school sees only its own children, its own fees and its own messages — that separation is enforced in the database, not promised in a brochure — and the parent sees one family.

How it works for a parent →
Pupils in a classroom

Your name on it

Your school's app. Not ours with your logo in the corner.

Your school's own address on the web carries your name, your logo and your colour — and the colour is checked for readability before it is applied, because a parent squinting at your app is worse than a slightly different blue.

A parent should not have to download a vendor's app to see their child's attendance. It puts a company nobody has heard of between the school and the family.

What is branded today, and what is not →
A student working at home

The other half

A child does not fall behind in March. They fall behind in August.

By the time a test reveals a gap, three months of work have been built on top of it. Edustians looks for the gap while it is still small — fifteen minutes a day, chosen by what a child has and has not yet understood, with revision timed against forgetting.

Progress is shown as bands a parent can read, never as a percentage nobody can interpret. And what a child knows is worked out by an explainable algorithm, not guessed by a model.

How the learning works →

Written for Indian schools, not translated for them.

The obligations that actually land on a school office here — and what the product does about each.

  • DPDP Act 2023

Verifiable parental consent, withdrawal that works backwards, and the stricter treatment a child's data requires.

  • UDISE+

The return generated from your own records, with every figure traceable to the rows beneath it.

  • NEP 2020

The record-keeping the policy actually asks a school for, rather than the slogan.

  • GST on fees

Tuition, transport and hostel kept apart, because they are not treated alike.

See it with your own school's data.

A working demonstration on your own classes, your own fee structure and your own report card format — not a slide deck.
