Which door is yours?
Each one opens a page with the same shape — a photograph on the left, and your form on the right.

Or go straight to your school.
Your school's own address carries its name, its logo and its colours — and it is the one place a parent of that school should sign in.
Accounts are created by your institution. There is no public sign-up — a stranger should not be able to make an account claiming to be a parent at your child's school.
Cannot get in?
Three things go wrong more often than anything else.
- You are at the wrong school's address
- A school's address only admits that school's own people. If you are told you are not registered there, you are almost certainly at another school's address — go to your own school's, or use the family door above.
- You never received a password
- Ask your school office. Accounts are created by the institution, and only the institution can reset one — we cannot do it for you, which is deliberate.
- You are a student using an email address
- Students sign in with a Student ID, not an email. It is printed on the ID card.
