School software holds children's records and a school's money. That makes it a serious thing to build, and it is the reason we would rather be careful than fast.
Edustians is at the stage where there is more to do than there are people, and where the person who joins shapes what the thing becomes. That is either exactly what you want or exactly what you do not.
How we work
Written down
Decisions are recorded with the reasoning, including the ones that turned out wrong. It is how a small team keeps its memory.
Proven, not asserted
Isolation, accessibility and correctness are held by automated gates that fail a release. Not by a review that says it looks fine.
Honest with customers
We tell schools what is not built. If that sounds like a bad sales strategy to you, we are probably not a fit.
