Enquiry to enrolment
Every enquiry followed up, every admission accounted for.
The season that decides your year should not live in a diary and three WhatsApp groups. Enquiries, follow-ups, forms, documents, seats and the first fee — one trail, one number you can trust in a board meeting.
The enquiry nobody called back is the seat you did not fill.
Admission season is the school's whole year decided in eight weeks, and it usually runs on a register at the front desk, a diary, and whoever happened to answer the phone. At the end of it nobody can say how many enquiries came in, how many were followed up, or why the ones who walked away walked away.
What Edustians does about it
Each of these is built and working today. Where something is not, the questions below say so plainly.
Every enquiry has an owner and a next date
Walk-in, phone call, website form or a reference — it lands in the same list, with a name against it and a date it is due to be called.
The parent fills the form once
A link on your own website, on your own domain. What they type becomes the student record; the office is not retyping a form somebody already filled in.
Documents collected before the seat is held
Birth certificate, transfer certificate, Aadhaar, photographs — requested, uploaded and checked off, so nothing is discovered missing in July.
You can see why you are winning and losing
Enquiries by source, conversion by class, and the reasons given by the families who chose elsewhere. Three numbers that change what you do next season.
The questions worth asking a vendor
Including the ones where our answer is no. A school that buys on a promise and finds a gap does not renew.
- Can parents pay the admission fee online?
- Yes, once your school's payment account is connected. The receipt is issued only when the payment provider confirms the money — never on the parent's screen alone.
- Can we run separate admission processes for pre-primary and senior school?
- Yes. Each intake has its own form, documents, fee and seat count, and each shows its own figures.

What you can check for yourself.
Your data never leaves India
Hosted in Mumbai. Every institution's records are separated inside the database itself — not by a line of application code somebody could forget to write.
Built for the DPDP Act 2023
Parental consent, withdrawal and erasure are working features, including the stricter rules that apply to a child's data.
UDISE+ without the fortnight
Your return is generated from the records you already keep, and every figure can be opened up to show the rows it came from.
Readable by everyone
Measured against WCAG 2.2 AA across every screen on every release — because a grandparent at the school gate uses this too.
See it with your own school's data.
A working demonstration on your own classes, your own fee structure and your own report card format — not a slide deck.
