Paper, without the paper

Every document, attached to the child it belongs to.

Collected at admission, checked off against what is required, stored in India, and issued back — transfer certificates, bonafide certificates and character certificates — with a record of what was issued to whom.

The transfer certificate a family needs on Tuesday.

A child is moving cities. The family needs a transfer certificate, and the office needs to find the file, check the fees are clear, type the certificate, get it signed and stamp it. It takes a week, and the family remembers that week.

What Edustians does about it

Each of these is built and working today. Where something is not, the questions below say so plainly.

  • Requested, uploaded, checked

What each admission needs, what has arrived and what has not — before the seat is confirmed rather than after.

  • Issued in minutes, not days

Transfer, bonafide and character certificates generated from the record, with your school's letterhead, ready to sign.

  • Stored in India, reachable only by the school

Documents are served to signed-in staff and the family they belong to. There is no public link.

  • A trail of what was issued

Who asked, what was issued, when and by whom.

The questions worth asking a vendor

Including the ones where our answer is no. A school that buys on a promise and finds a gap does not renew.

Are documents deleted when a family asks?
Where the law allows. Some records a school is required to keep for a set period, and the DPDP page explains which — erasure that breaks a statutory duty is not a favour to anybody.

Instead of a wall of logos

What you can check for yourself.

  • Your data never leaves India

Hosted in Mumbai. Every institution's records are separated inside the database itself — not by a line of application code somebody could forget to write.

  • Built for the DPDP Act 2023

Parental consent, withdrawal and erasure are working features, including the stricter rules that apply to a child's data.

  • UDISE+ without the fortnight

Your return is generated from the records you already keep, and every figure can be opened up to show the rows it came from.

  • Readable by everyone

Measured against WCAG 2.2 AA across every screen on every release — because a grandparent at the school gate uses this too.

See it with your own school's data.

A working demonstration on your own classes, your own fee structure and your own report card format — not a slide deck.
