Each of these is built and working today. Where something is not, the questions below say so plainly.
One record per child, entered once
Admission creates the record. Attendance, marks, fees, transport and documents all attach to it. Nobody retypes a name, and nobody has to reconcile two spellings of it in March.
The parent app is included
Not an add-on with its own price. Attendance, homework, fees, results and notices reach a parent on the phone they already carry — under your school's name, not ours.
Money that adds up
Fee heads, concessions, instalments, late fees, online payment and receipts. Every rupee traces to a head and a date, which is what an auditor asks for and what a trust board actually reads.
It works at 9:10 in the morning
Attendance for a section is a single screen a teacher finishes in under a minute on a phone, because that is the only minute they have.

The questions worth asking a vendor
Including the ones where our answer is no. A school that buys on a promise and finds a gap does not renew.
- Do we have to move everything at once?
- No. Most schools start with admissions and fees in one term, then attendance and examinations in the next. Your old records can be imported from a spreadsheet; we check the file with you before anything is loaded.
- Does it work for CBSE, ICSE and State boards?
- Yes. Grading scales, report card formats and examination patterns are set per school, so a CBSE school and a State board school on the same platform each get their own.
- What happens if the internet goes down?
- Anything already loaded stays readable, and attendance can be taken and sent when the connection returns. Payments and messages queue rather than fail.
