v0.150 · September 2026 · Light, dark and warm, by your own choice
Every person can choose light, dark or a warm cream page, and the choice follows them to any device. A school's own colour keeps its hue and is re-solved so every button stays readable, with a live preview as the office types it. Every status now carries a shape and words, never colour alone. Every colour pair the interface's own palette can show is checked before a release, in light, dark and warm.
v0.149 · September 2026 · Your data, your copy
Every Sunday night each school receives a zip of its records as CSV files any spreadsheet opens, kept on its privacy page. Erasure now reaches a parent's app links as well as the record, and says in writing which registers the law makes a school keep. The office's screens were measured on a school of two thousand and made to answer in under a second.
v0.142 · September 2026 · The office, on every campus
A person picks the campus they work in and every list follows. Staff can be brought in from a spreadsheet with the same undo as learners. Vouchers above the school's chosen amount need a second signature. The gate sees custody notes on the evacuation roll, and teachers see their own learners and their own roll on their phones.
v0.135 · September 2026 · The platform watches itself
Edustians now counts its own slow transactions, errors and failed messages inside the database and raises an alert a person must acknowledge. A write freeze is one switch. Frozen reports can be taken as of today. Every look at a child's record is on the record.
v0.129 · September 2026 · Settings, not code
Everything the founder chose to make adjustable is a typed, audited setting on the platform's own page; plans are enforced by the database on the next row, never by a broken page.
September 2026 · One address, one portal
A school's own web address now admits that school's own people and refuses everyone else, in that school's own words. A parent with children in two schools sees each school only on its own address, and one open window never changes what another shows.
September 2026 · Two platform doors
Edustians' own staff and the super admin now arrive at separate addresses, and neither address admits the other's people.
September 2026 · A school's own domain
A school can point its own domain at its Edustians portal — and it can no longer accidentally claim one of ours, which would have locked us out of our own platform from a school's settings page.

The pilot
One real school running daily operations for thirty days. Everything the first release needs exists; what remains is the school.
Per-minute messaging
The push, WhatsApp and SMS ladder needs a dispatcher that runs every minute rather than once a day. Until it does, same-morning absence alerts are not at full speed.
Branded apps in the stores
The branded web portal is live now. Apps published under a school's own store accounts come after the pilot.
